Buyers inquire and purchase homes through other channels outside of the internet, so I also use proven real-world marketing techniques. I host many community events and open houses where I am in direct contact with buyers and also send out a quarterly newsletter where I provide market insight and deep dives into several neighborhoods and discuss the scorching market of Austin. I am in constant contact with buyers, whether digital or in a physical format. This means my expansive umbrella of reach is now also a tool I use to assist my sellers in finding the appropriate buyer.
